6. Client Obligations

6.1 The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information as required for the performance of the Services.
6.2 The Client acknowledges that the success of consultancy services depends on their active participation and implementation of agreed-upon strategies.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities, arising from the use of its Services.
7.2 The Company’s liability for any claim arising under these Terms will be limited to the fees paid by the Client for the specific service.

8. Termination

9. Force Majeure
